- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer is interested in my services, I like to find out and understand all the needs of my customer. The next step is the planning process were as the client and I work closely together to plan their event how they picture and want it. I also like to let my client know a few things about myself. I always keep in contact with my clients all the way up to the day of the event. A week before the event we will go over any updates and finalization's that need to made. Finally the day of the event I work closely with my client and or their event planner to make their day over the top.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many great clients. I can't name one customer I've had a bad experience with. I worked with many brides & grooms which I find great and easy to work with. I've also worked with a lot of school's & big corporations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cherish your moments and hire someone that's experienced.
