- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a friendly staff of office professionals to schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and help answer any questions you may have about how we work or what to expect on the day of your service appointment. In most cases we can provide a general price estimate over the phone, however we may need to have a service professional visit your project to provide the most accurate pricing. In any case, all communication is open and transparent, with no hidden fees or minimal unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by understanding their specific needs through a consultation, where we discuss the project details, timeline, and budget. Once we have a clear picture, we provide an accurate estimate and set expectations for the work. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication to ensure everything is going smoothly. After completion, we follow up to make sure the customer is fully satisfied and address any final details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have an average of 10 years of experience with a variety of skills and are fully insured. We treat you and your home with respect—we wear booties to protect your flooring and clean up when we’re finished.
