- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We have a flat rate 1 hour minimum service charge = $65 -Once 1 hour minimum is reach services are $45 / hr -We have other flat rate service charges on common services. -Please just email us and within an hour you will receive a free estimate. Please include your name, address, phone number, and a brief job description so you may receive the most accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an email or phone call that a customer is interested in a service(s) we gather the necessary information, and in most cases we are able to provide a free estimate via email. If customer is ready to hire then a Certified Handyman will arrive within 24 - 48 hours to assist. If you need emergency service we can show up right away! From there the technician will work directly with the homeowner to provide exceptional services. Once we're finished we always from customer with the invoice and/or receipt. We always hope to hear from new customers again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-We require our Lead Handymen to have a minimum of 10 years in the industry. -All of your Handymen must pass an exam to become Certified by the -Association of Certified Handyman Professionals -Handyman Pros, INC is a lifetime member of the ACHP
