- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and affordable. I quote based on needs, frequency, and consider the square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with you about the details and your needs and schedule. At this time I will either schedule a time to come view the home to give an estimate, or schedule a time and date to clean. It just depends on the details you provide to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience. I started out cleaning newly built homes. Then I went on to commercial and residential cleaning. I decided to work for myself and here I am. I went to school and earned a two year degree in healthcare but this is my passion. I have always enjoyed this type of work since I was a young kid. I am definitely a pro at this.
