- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes relative to Water Restoration will be equal to (or less than) those pursuant to Xactimate pricing. Xactimate is an industry nationwide standard used to quote pricing on various task within the restoration industry. We are confident that most of the services we offer will be lower than other companies. Especially those involving water restoration, applied structural drying and mold remediation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the privilege of receiving a new customer a Project Manager will be sent to the site to evaluate if the issue is within our scope of expertise. If we can remedy the matter at hand, a quote will be submitted to our new customer and a schedule will be formatted. It is very important that we clearly understand the customers' needs, expectations and concerns. Transparency from the beginning to the cessation of the project is paramount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have WRT certified technicians licensed by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC). The IICRC is a nationally recognized organization who sponsors and trains individuals in several aspects of both commercial and residential cleaning and restoration.
