The owner came with his crew. He was very pleasant. The girls who work for him were not well informed about what a deep clean involves. I need someone who speaks english.

This was supposed to be a heavy first time cleaning. I was not impressed. I always need them to speak english. The owner came with them & he spoke english, which was a help but I'm sure he doesn't attend every time. I've hired someone locally.
