We really appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing coming out and checking our water heater and allowing us to purchase a new water heater and then they came back out to install the new one. Nolan was punctual and efficient in the install. We would absolutely call them back out if we need any plumbing work done.

Great communication. Showed up for the estimate as planned. Suggested that my fix could be solved by local utility. On their suggestion I called the local utility and they made the repair. Did not use Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the repair simply because I have been done by the local utility. Thank you I will definitely consider Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future needs.

I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my technician ! Not only was he knowledgeable, he went over and beyond to try and accommodate me when we ran into issues with getting my new toilet installed . The company made my issue a priority and did what they could to get my secondary appointment an urgency . Everyone that I have made contact with in this company has been extremely helpful and friendly , Benjamin Franklins Plumbing will surely be one that I go to for all my plumbing needs thus forward.
