Great communication. Showed up for the estimate as planned. Suggested that my fix could be solved by local utility. On their suggestion I called the local utility and they made the repair. Did not use Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the repair simply because I have been done by the local utility. Thank you I will definitely consider Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future needs.

I had the pleasure of having Andrew as my technician ! Not only was he knowledgeable, he went over and beyond to try and accommodate me when we ran into issues with getting my new toilet installed . The company made my issue a priority and did what they could to get my secondary appointment an urgency . I have called Benjamin Franklin plumbing now for several jobs and they are now my go to plumbers for all my projects. They are replumbing an entire house for me and also have promptly come for even a small job such as hooking up my gas stove for an investment property and install a water heater for an apartment building that I needed done quick. They had it installed in less than 24 hours so the renter would not be without hot water. Anthony has gone above and beyond with his customer service and explains everything thoroughly. Its hard to find a company that has fair pricing, reliability and good quality... which are the 3 things im always looking for. Anthony has met all those wishlist items and im extremely pleased to have found them. Thank u guys!!!!!!!!
