Our flat-rate pricing is up-front and we don't charge per animal. Providers that charge per animal can very easily go down the street, release the animal and charge you a new fee to remove it again. We charge a one-time flat-rate fee and never charge per-animal or for additional trips. It is all-inclusive, humane and we guarantee that we will solve your wild animal problem by stopping the activity.

We hired Humane Wildlife Control Solutions to get raccoons out of our attic. They required that we set an appointment window of two hours from 1-3 in the afternoon and showed up around 1:30. They inspected our 100 year old house and determined the raccoons were getting in through an opening in the peak of the roof. Because of the way our house was constructed and its age they could not use a one way door successfully so they placed traps and removed the entire family group of raccoons within a week of the day we started using them. Keith the technician was the nicest guy I've ever dealt with and responded to our calls and texts very quickly. The one time we couldn't get him we called the office and spoke with Phoebe who immediately sent an alternate technician out since Keith was off that day. Phoebe was very nice and friendly, and apologized for Keith being unavailable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for animal removal is on a flat-rate basis. That means you'll only pay a small flat-rate fee to remove all of the animals that are causing a problem for you. And it is likely that you have multiple animals in your wall and/or attic. The majority of the species we remove travel in family groups and invade your home together.
We will match or beat ANY other competitors price quote for the same services or work, guaranteed. We guarantee our exclusion and damage remediation work for 10 years after completion. That means if an animal uses an entry point we closed and gets back into the structure we remove them again and fix the damage for free. We also offer competitive financing if necessary on the entire process to help cover the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a two-step process that we use to permanently stop animal intrusion into your home. Our team first removes the animals that target your home. We then permanently close up the entry points to your structure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds more certifications than ANY other wildlife removal company in Kentuckiana. We are member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association and hold a myriad of certifications through that organization. Our technicians hold Basic Wildlife Control Operator, Advanced Wildlife Control Operator, Bat Standards, Geese Management, Bird Management, Rodent Standards, Reptile & Amphibian Management, Venomous Handling, and many, many more.
