Martin came to our home an hour after our call. Our refrigerator's freezer was buzzing loudly, but it didn't happen while he was here. He checked everything that could be the cause. He then went the extra mile removing the trays and guides and the fan cover. Nothing was wrong. When he reassembled it, he must have tightened the part that was buzzing. The freezer has been quiet ever since. His fee was very reasonable, plus, he gave us advice about other appliances and how to use them and avoid common problems. Martin is a gem and he is our new go-to appliance repair person. We highly recommend him.
