Had Ben out on Friday to service my air conditioner for my lack of cold air blowing in the my home.
Typically I try to avoid the hassle with the larger companies of trying to upsell and feeling pressured.
Very happy I went with Ben on this one, as he made contact immediately, and set me up for same day service that late morning.
Showed up in the time window he gave me and from the get go established a very friendly personal connection!
I introduced him to my equipment and let him get straight to work.
After a short bit of time he brought me over and showed me that my condenser coils were very dirty and that was the only issue on my unit due to everything else checking out.
Gave me a very reasonable cost, and 45 minutes later he was wrapped up.
Very huge piece of mind knowing I now have my cold air back, being as summer is amongst us!
Will refer to all of my family, friends, and work colleagues without a doubt!

Ben did preventative maintenance on our a/c unit & did a great job! He was quick to arrive, very respectful, and his prices beat anyone’s in town! Definitely recommend & will be calling him again for any future HVAC needs!
