Logan was very professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning the HVAC. Also very responsive and helpful. I usually do the HVAC cleaning twice a year and it was our first using Henry’s Heating and Air and they’ve been the best so far.

I was contacted within 30 minutes after posting my project. Scheduled for very early the next morning. Logan called ahead, arrived on time, dove straight into the HVAC unit and found the most likely problem and confirmed it almost immediately. Given a detailed and fair estimate (ahead of time). Logan went to get the part was back when he said he would be and quickly got my furnace up and running. Very knowledgeable of his job, gave me lots of options and possibilities and ballpark prices and things to expect when I asked regarding several projects I’ll need addressed down the road. And you can bet I’ll be calling Henry’s for them all. Highly recommend!!!
