- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on what service is needed as well as the menu requested and the total number of guests. The more guest there are the less the event will cost the customer per guest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first inquire what type of event they need catered and what is their budget so that I can create a menu that will be pleasing to the customer while staying within their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is from cooking for family and friends for over 35 years. I enjoyed cooking for others and the compliments so much on how they enjoyed the food that I decided that I wanted to open a catering business. I am in total peace when cooking.
