I contacted Parkers Passions regarding my daughters baby shower. I was surprised that she responded so quickly because many of the other companies took several days to respond. She was very professional and provided us with a beautiful layout. I can tell you that the food was delicious, if it was supposed to be hot, it was hot, if it was supposed to be cold, it was cold. Her staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. I will deffinatley use her for my future events. I have eaten at a lot of places in my time and Parkers Passions is at the top of my list. .

Parker 's Passion and Catering did a fabulous job for a recent graduation party I hosted. Mrs. Parker was flexible and helpful with the menu selection. She assured me she would have everything set up in a timely manner and she did. All of the food was beautifully displayed and served at the proper temperature. I have to say though although all of the dishes served were very good Parker 's Passion excells in desserts. I am talking caramel cake, chocolate cake, chess pie. Her desserts are the truth!!

I absolutely have nothing but great things to say about Mrs.Patricia Parker. One of the most important days of my life was my wedding day. I had about 200 guest. I made my requests known to Mrs.Parker and she went above and beyond. Everyone was so impressed by how great the food was! Mrs. Parker set up and cleaned up. She even made sure that the leftovers where put away for my husband and I. I would recommend Parker's Passion to everyone! You will truly be amazed!

Patricia Parker of Parker's Passion Catering and Baking provided the food services for my baby shower. There were over 50 guests in attendance. The food was delicious and the serving staff was professional! She was easy to work it and her menu options were limitless! I can not wait for another opportunity to do business with her again!!

My pricing is based on what service is needed as well as the menu requested and the total number of guests. The more guest there are the less the event will cost the customer per guest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to first inquire what type of event they need catered and what is their budget so that I can create a menu that will be pleasing to the customer while staying within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is from cooking for family and friends for over 35 years. I enjoyed cooking for others and the compliments so much on how they enjoyed the food that I decided that I wanted to open a catering business. I am in total peace when cooking.
