Welcome and thank you for considering A Help'N Hand Cleaning also known as H²Cl. My name is Diahna and I am the President of A Help'N Hand Cleaning. H²Cl was founded on November 11 of 2011. H²Cl is known for residential and commercial cleaning. At H²Cl we do an intense background check on every potential employee. This is one of our ways to show each client we are serious and we take their home & personal belongings seriously. When we do a background check on a potential candidate, we are looking for Felonies, drug charges, or theft of any kind. This is to help ease some of the nervousness and anxiety that a client may feel upon our arrival. We also wear POV (Point of view) cameras. This is a small camera that is worn on our clothing that captures real-time as we work throughout your home. This device will be powered on the moment we enter the home, and powered off once we exit the home. This is to protect not only other home-owner but the staff of H²Cl also. I have many protocols and procedures set in place, to ensure the safety of my client(s) and staff. We change all mop heads, cloth broom-heads, and cleaning rags in between clients. We also wipe our vacuum cleaners, mop or broom handles with a Lysol wipe after each use. This is to prevent any type of cross-contamination from household to household. Some of our pricing may seem high at times, but please keep in mind & consideration the quality of our work, what the pricing includes but is not limited to: Clients have the right to make changes to what is included with their pricing upon their discretion. *H²Cl reserves the right to accept or deny any changes asked by the client other than what's included with the individual pricing.
