- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on overhead expenses, equipment supplies etc as my base rate. After the walk-through, I assess the conditions and consult with the customer and provide a quote via email or in person depending on the urgency. I do offer a 15% discount for the first clean and an extra 10% for referral of anyone who contracts with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to introduce myself and get clarification of their name and gather as much information about their cleaning needs as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a franchise cleaning business and training in the areas of bacteria and hygiene, OSHA standard training.
