As a retired business professional previously dependent upon a company IT department, it has been the bane of my existence since leaving the corporate world to find reliable, friendly, affordable, available and professional IT support that didn't make me feel "less than". Liam was one of the best IT support people I've found in a long time. Young, confident with excellent and humble communication style AND with a wealth of common sense and current tech savvy-ness, the hour session I had with Liam cleared up a handful of little nit picky things that have been bugging me (no pun intended) about my Mac machine for years. I think like others of my age group, I didn't like admitting to the many little inconveniences I put up with on my computer. I'm so glad I found out about Liam and will work with him whenever I run into a little - or big - problem with my technology. And - while my specific interest for this first encounter was about the Mac desktop, Liam was able to suggest several other things relating to my cell phone, our home internet system and would have been thee to assist with any questions about "smart home" appliances or applications - if I'd had any. It is obvious that Liam loves what he does and has been dedicated to keeping up to date with all the current technologies coming at us.
A strong vote of confidence for Liam and I'd be glad to speak to any future customers of his looking for the perfect IT support person.
