- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my menus are custom, so pricing is based off menu that you select. Also I can work with most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is thru email or over phone. Then we could create a menu which is all custom. once we have a menu then I can send an invoice. Once menu is agreed upon then we would have a tasting of foods at which co treats are signed and deposit is paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
