- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system. I am open to anything within reason. With that being said, I can always provide a complete breakdown for all services rendered. Making sure that you receive everything that you paid for and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making them feel as comfortable as possible, and making sure that you have my full undivided attention to make your first event a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business major, and I have the experience of 14 years of experience to guide into the right direction. Not only does this lesson mistakes but also makes me better with each and every event.
