Peyton was extremely responsive. He got back to me within 10 minutes of reaching out to him. We needed a new hot water heater and he was super transparent with his advice, not pushy at all and overall very knowledgeable. He made sure we made the right decision for both our homes needs and our budget. He kept me posted on his arrival status/time. He picked up, installed and removed. I had Ed’s plumbing install a faucet and vanity for me a little over a week ago, and the connection between the valve and the faucet is leaking. I already thought he was over priced but he was there and I needed it done. I’ve reached out twice to have him come back to fix the problem and haven’t even gotten a reply. It’s very disappointing since I thought he was very nice when he came by, but I’m very disappointed with the actual work and especially with the lack of responsibility.

Show up for the second part of the project. I needed parts so he Agee’s to return the next day. I called and told him that I got the parts and he said he would be thaeee later in the day. No response to call or text after that.
