Peyton got me in to do the work within one day. He showed up on time, identified the problem within 10 minutes. He told me exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. He had to go to Lowe’s to pick up some parts was gone about a half an hour. When he got back, he finished the job and everything was done within an hour and a half. I would highly recommend Peyton to anyone to get a plumbing job done.

I had Ed’s plumbing install a faucet and vanity for me a little over a week ago, and the connection between the valve and the faucet is leaking. I already thought he was over priced but he was there and I needed it done. I’ve reached out twice to have him come back to fix the problem and haven’t even gotten a reply. It’s very disappointing since I thought he was very nice when he came by, but I’m very disappointed with the actual work and especially with the lack of responsibility.

Show up for the second part of the project. I needed parts so he Agee’s to return the next day. I called and told him that I got the parts and he said he would be thaeee later in the day. No response to call or text after that.

Worst customer service and very unprofessional. Does work when he feels like it and doesn’t follow directions. Lacks accountability as a business owner. I would not recommend him again to anyone.
