- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a client, I make sure to give them time to answer their questions and concerns about the work and how they communicate with me. I use messages and Gmail. I also make sure to give them information about the schedule and the days we need to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken courses and continue to take courses to keep learning and be able to work with the right, high-quality materials. Furthermore, I have over six years of experience in the drywall industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a drywall installation company and there I learned everything about the job, and then I started working on my own based on the experience I gained in 3 years of hard work and dedication.
