- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some projects offer discounts, such as those that include large, finished basements or attics. This is reviewed during the project evaluation to determine if it qualifies for a discount. Discounts typically range from $50 to $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a client, I make sure to give them time to answer their questions and concerns about the work and how they communicate with me. I use messages and Gmail. I also make sure to give them information about the schedule and the days we need to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken courses and continue to take courses to keep learning and be able to work with the right, high-quality materials. Furthermore, I have over six years of experience in the drywall industry.
