- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We listen to our Clients and work with each one to finalize on a Price. We offer so much and we need to see what each Client wants and don't want to be fair on pricing. We do have packages and some like the pre-priced packages and go with one of those.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are open to any type of communication that makes it simple for our Clients!! Some prefer Phone consultation, Some in person consultation, E-mails, message on Thumbtack Etc. Our Goal is to make this process as smooth and Simple as we can. Our phone is open for calls anytime day or night. Texting as well. We want our Clients to feel very comfortable with their choice in us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken courses in Photography along our Journey in Photography for 30-40 yrs. We continue to educate ourselves with the newest info available as well as update our equipment to the Best on the Market. Our Work speaks for itself.
