- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m require 50% retainers for all wedding photography.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know my client first! What’s your style, what do you love, hate, have to have. Then timelines, what NEEDS to be done when. If we like each other, I’ll get a contract together- please make sure to read your contract. My contracts outline how clients can expect their photos to arrive, when they will arrive, and other pertinent information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken MANY photography courses, currently completing a certification through Shaw Academy.
