I didn’t choose to go with Greenix because they repeatedly contacted me throughout the day with calls and voicemails from multiple different people. The amount of communication felt excessive and unprofessional.

The work done was excellent! The technician was on time, informative, and thorough. Unfortunately, the quote I was given by the technician and the contract that was sent to me were different. I was told to sign the contract and they would cancel services once the rodent activity was gone. That it was an “unwritten” rule. Luckily I didn’t sign, because I got a completely different story from the salesperson who said I was signing up for a year policy regardless of activity kevel. It made me uncomfortable, so I won’t be working with them anymore.

Pricing varies by home size, pest pressures and infestation level. All prices are built around a monthly service plan that protects you and your home all four seasons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
