Colton went above and beyond to get my parents carpeting done in a very small window of time. I told him he was one of our angels this holiday season and I truly mean it. What an excellent experience! Colton was at my place within literally hours of my information request. He set the time for installation and he and his crew were right on time, jumped right into work, and knocked out my job in an hour and a half less than first estimated. The work was superior. included a spotless cleanup, and removal of my awful old carpet! Done and done! , I recommend Colton and his professional crew wholeheartedly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
very competetive pricing. only extra fees are if you choose to pay with a debit or credit card (about $40 extra per thousand spent). I also offer discounts for cash payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a good time to meet for the customer, figure out the type of flooring that is needed and color that they like and bring samples with me for them to choose from and we go from there. All estimates are free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years hands on experience in the flooring trade.
