FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are determined by the job's number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and any added extras. We have a plethora of extras and these are available in addition to a scheduled, regular cleaning, or they are available al a carte at an hourly rate. Our fees, services, and extras are detailed on our website. We provide transparency in all of our pricing. Please check out our checklists on our website for more information. We offer discounts for repeat/recurring services. We are also offering discounts to Military Personnel (including Active, Retired, and Veteran), to First Responders (i.e. EMTs, Police Officers, and Firefighters), and medical personnel working in the trenches of the COVID-19 fight. Please contact us for more information regarding discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first contact with a new customer, we introduce ourselves and build an instant relationship with them. We talk one on one with people, getting to know them and their needs. We then ask questions pertaining to the service(s) sought and make sure we are a great fit before moving forward with their scheduled service(s). We let our new clients know everything we have to offer and about our discounts. We are in communication with them regularly, before, during, and after their services. We also conduct a walk-through with the customer after the service to make sure they are 100% happy with the services we provided, and then we speak with them about a long-term arrangement, if one had not already been set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a varied background of formal education, military training, and life lessons which give me a first-hand/hands-on experience of business, cleaning, organizing, communication, and so much more. Yes, our cleaning business is about cleaning. I also believe it is about people. My degrees in the Communications, Business, and Human Services fields afforded me the knowledge and appreciation I believe is necessary to put the Customer before the Service. I have a great deal of respect for people, clients or not, and promote building relationships with folks from all walks of life. My years of experience in the military and living in my military-run home graced me with the discipline, experience, and attention to detail necessary to be great, not just good, at listening, cleaning, organizing, and following directions. My passion for holism and a better world fuel my drive to help people become better without and within. A nice, clean, and organized home makes a person feel so good! I want to give this experience to anyone who needs it. We take great pride in this work and business, and pass these standards down to the partners and cleaners who work with us. We strive to be the best at cleaning and fair with our pricing so our customers do not have turn to any other company for their cleaning needs.
