My name is Brooke and I am the owner of Squeaky Cleaners LLC here in Louisville. I started this business out of a genuine love for cleaning and organizing along with wanting to make other people’s lives easier in the process. I pride myself on being friendly, on time and hard working. I focus on doing a quality job and getting all those rough areas that are easy to miss or just impossible to get to with a busy schedule. Brooke was great! She did everything I asked and did it well. My baseboards are the cleanest they’ve been since we moved in, and everything was fresh and clean.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer first time cleaning discounts, senior and military discounts as well. Our pricing is fair and reasonable and we are here to work with our customers and help them have an easier, cleaner life.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak over the phone talk about your wants and needs and expectations. If that sounds good for us both then we do a walk through together and assess exactly how you like things to be cleaned and organized in your home. Based on that we discuss pricing and scheduling and frequency of cleanings. If the customer is satisfied with that then we get started on making your home beautiful and your life easier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated, over ten years residential and commercial cleaning.
