I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Lorena and Lucy. On very short notice, they completed a thorough deep cleaning of the home I was about to move into, and the results were outstanding. The attention to detail was evident throughout, including under and behind appliances and fixtures that rarely, if ever, receive attention. The house was in such good condition for my move-in, and the stress of moving was greatly reduced thanks to their hard work. Lorena is amazing. One of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. My house was more than a challenge because it has been so hard to find good help and she came in, organized and deep cleaned like never been before.
I never rate cleaning services based on the initial visit.
She did an initial deep cleaning 2 weeks ago and has come back for the first round of maintenance cleaning.
Her second visit was just as great as her first.
I will have her take care of my home regularly for as long as she will have me.

Five stars isn’t enough. These wonderful ladies responded to my message very quickly when I first contacted them. With in a day, they were here, cleaning my home.
They worked hard high and low through every corner of my apartment, making it sparkle like when I first moved in.
After become disabled due to a neurological condition, I’ve been unable to thoroughly clean this place like it’s needed in over 2 years. These wonderful ladies did absolutely everything I needed and more, and without me having to ask for a thing.
After seeing what my home should look like for the first time in forever, there is no question about it. I instantly asked if they could come back every two weeks to help me keep up.
I have two little dogs running around and they were instantly comfortable with our new friends, which is always a plus for me as well.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, kind people to help take care of your home.
Thank you again for your help, girls! My home looks amazing! I couldn’t have dreamed of better results.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that cleaning work is very hard and very poorly paid. People go to the mall and spend thousands of dollars on luxuries, they go to a beauty salon and pay high prices for any service and on top of that they leave a tip but want to pay pennies for a cleaning. Cleaning is a necessity but it is also a luxury since not everyone can pay for it. I think it is not fair and that they should value this work and the people who do it more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As for education related to this business, I can’t say that I went to university, in fact, I studied something completely different than cleaning. But I can tell you that I worked very hard for two years for a company where I learned countless tricks and techniques and this has made my work better and better.
