I found them very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I was new to the housecleaning process in general and needed to ask a lot of questions and Jon walked me through everything before we ever moved forward. He also answered all my crazy questions. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted to schedule, the dates they had available were not far off at all, which was nice. On the day of the actual clean, I was texted when my cleaner arrived and then she walked through the house with me to make sure we were on the same page. She was very polite, nice and asked questions when there may have been confusion. Having someone else come and clean up your messes can be a very awkward feeling, she made it easier. The house was a disaster when they came to clean it. I had rented it out for 6 months and it was left in terrible condition. They made me feel like it had never even happened. All within a couple of hours.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I've never hired a cleaning company before. I needed a cleaning done before our family Easter as the house was a wreck. Jon was really fast to respond to any little question that I had. The cleaners showed up on time and did a fabulous job, my house has never felt cleaner. Anytime my family or I need a cleaning I will be recommending this service.
