I had issues with three computers, Eric spent a lot of time on the phone with me assessing the situation. He then came out to my home two days later to perform work. Eric is knowledgeable very helpful and Has a gift with explaining what the issues are and how to correct them. Eric went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him for any computer or network issues.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend regular webinars through Microsoft technet.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 11 I wrote a fully functioning stock program that would forecast and give real time returns for a guy for $100 bucks and back then that was a lot. I'm 46 now and I have been hooked ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All jobs are different and each customer is different you have to be able to think on your feet and know what to do.
