- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Family, we like to be as upfront as possible about our pricing. We put labor and cost of materials (mulch, stone, sod, fill dirt, gravel, etc.) together to reach our bid price. Where we stand aside from other companies is our low labor costs as even the owners are out on the job site getting their hands dirty.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of all of our work, as we take pride in each and every project. However, a recent 4-tier retaining wall we did in May 2015 in New Albany, Indiana stands out as a personal favorite. We have pictures of the finished product on our website for you to see!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your outside living space is just as important, if not more important, as the inside of your home. Simple tasks as new mulch and shrubs is comparable to putting a fresh coat of paint on your walls.
