- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for the number of movers and the size of truck needed for your job. We never charge stair fees, delivery fees, fuel fees, blanket rental or tape fees. Everything is included in our flat hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over details of the job, give a quote, schedule client, send contract to email for review and signature, call 24-48 hours prior to move to confirm, text gps arrival time when leaving our facility, do the job, take payment, send review request email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
