- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and transparent, based on the size of the property, the type of service, and the scope of work. I provide clear upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for ongoing lawn care, bundled services, or repeat customers. Any additional work outside the original agreement is discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s goals and reviewing the property, either in person or through photos. I then recommend the best services for their needs and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the project efficiently, and make sure everything meets the customer’s expectations before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily based on hands-on experience in full-service lawn care and landscaping. I have strong knowledge in plant care, sod installation, mulching, pruning, and overall landscape maintenance. In addition, I have experience using computer-based landscape design tools, which allows me to help customers visualize layout ideas, plant placement, and overall design concepts before the work begins.
