- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Published hourly fees are for private/self-pay clients/patients. Dr. Oak is a network provider for multiple Health Insurance Companies, Optum, United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS, AETNA, CIGNA, Magellan, Value Options, Beacon, and all Kentucky Medicaid MCO's. Clinical Associates are available for self-pay clients at reduced rates ranging from $180.00 for initial sessions, and $150.00 per session following the initial. Associate Clinicians are available for self-pay clients $180.00 for initial sessions, and $150.00 per/50 minute sessions after the initial. Associate Clinicians are also available to see all Kentucky Medicaid subscribers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with individuals and couples for an initial intake appointment, gather information about the problem(s), and mutually determine if they and I are a good fit to work together to address the goals.
