Contracted with this excellent firm to test for the type of mold after the removal of a cabinet revealed it. They were very quick to respond and to schedule the testing, concerned for my safety. The testing was very thorough, discovered several types of mold, and remediation began the next day, with the area totally sealed off from rest of condo. Lucky for me, an additional leak with damage was discovered while they were onsite and they were able to investigate and remediate that as well. Because they are professionals, when their work was done, a 3rd party came in to repeat the testing, and gave us the all-clear. Tina and her team are first-rate. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Not only did they solve my problem professionally and efficiently, they also resolved my serious concerns for the future.
