Awesome job. She sent photos of our cats. She kept them entertained. Both seemed very calm and happy when we arrived home. Usually our older cat sulks and gives us a dirty look. 😂

Carole looked after our senior dog and 2 cats while our family was out of town for 5 days. We are so grateful for the special care she provided. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a meet and greet. Whether I’m staying in your home or your pet is staying in mine, doing drop-ins or walking your pet. It’s always important to meet and feel the energy between everyone.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love and passion for all animals. I have wanted to be around animals all my life. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust and depend on to watch your pets. I pride myself in being that person for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many clients who feel the same way I do when it comes to finding someone to care for their pet. There has to be a bond and love between the sitter and the pet. My clients enjoy getting daily updates on their pets with pictures or videos. I am a strong communicator and they really appreciate that about me.
