Introduction: I offer individual music lessons in flute, piano, guitar and ukulele. I have been teaching privately for over ten years and have taught instrumental and and vocal performance to hundreds of students. I also have privately tutored math, reading, and coding to students of all ages for many years! My students mean the world to me, and I have been so blessed to know all of the families that I have taught so far. I have a music major from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music and completed a master's degree in teaching at Eastern Kentucky University, receiving a teaching certificate for K-12 teaching.

Notes by Heart teacher is amazingly talented, very understanding of how each person is different, and approaches teaching accordingly. As a 42 year old student, I was so nervous about starting at this point in my life, my teacher made it so comfortable and fun. She not only carries the title of my teacher/instructor, but as alrdy became my friend! I am so excited to go to each lesson. I chose to do two instrument training , the flute, and the piano, so she gave me a two instrument discount. I practice each instrument 30 minutes each meeting. That makes my choice of Notes by Heart even more right as she offers multiple instrument lessons. I could not be happier with my choice! She is Awesome!!
