- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are based on the item you need assembled. I don't have a flat hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree to a price for the work, I will give the customer my earliest availability and see if that works for them. A lot of the work I do is outside, so a customer doesn't even need to be home for me to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assembly work doesn't require any training or education... Years of experience and an ability to be patient and take my time are the most important things I have learned.
