Highly recommend H Lopez! We had difficulty finding someone to do a small deck repair (replace a handful of rotted boards). Eli quickly came out to look at and quote the job and had it completed within a week. They were very professional and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely use H Lopez again for future projects!

I had several issues with the quality of the work done by H Lopez Construction. The work was done hastily and we had a several month long dispute on the details of the contract. In short, they replaced my stairs but did not replace the supporting posts that had rotted out. I made it clear that this was the whole reason I had hired them (in addition to repainting the deck and replacing gate on the deck). After disputing with them, they finally returned and replaced only two of the posts, but did not fix the gate. They repainted as well, which I appreciated and is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The gate still drags on the deck though and I’m not happy about that. They also tore up my brick walk way and left nails all around my property where my toddlers play. In short - I would never hire them again. I haven’t even asked them to come fix the gate because it’s not worth the hours upon hours I spent disputing with them for months to get them to fix their mistakes. If you decide to hire them, please please make sure you read the contract and iron out all details before you sign anything. Be extra careful to define exactly the work that will be done.
