I had an excellent experience with Roof Guys. One of the guys stopped by today because I was concerned about a few spot in my ceiling. He addressed the problem area and told me it was an easy fix. Had a very minor issue with some vinyl siding. They fixed the issue within a few minutes and spent time educating me with some pointers to help me recognize other issues that may develop. They would not accept any payment for their time and just asked to keep them in mind in the future if I ever need a roofing issue addressed.

I would have given better reviews but he reneged on his promise to return to finish my shed. It's going on a year now and I've gotten excuse after excuse. I'm just hoping I have no issues with my roof. He brought a downspout to add to my roof for better drainage, it still sits in my backyard. Not sure about the quality of his work on my roof, but so far so good. I just wonder why he hasn't returned to complete his job!
