- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service estimate pricing is set based on the amount of work and level of difficulty of a job/project, we also have to calculate for business operating expenses, technician labor, materials & related job expenses, and travel. We try to breakdown our invoices as much as possible to make things more affordable for the customer. At Moltted, we will always work with you and accommodate your budget as best as we can. We also offer payment assistance options if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going through an intake process of acquiring the customers contact information, and project request. Then, scheduling an appointment for an On-Site Consultation. Building an Estimate for the customer and scheduling the job.
