- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to go a little lower in exchange for letters of recommendation or good reviews, as long as service is good. We don't want someone to lie for us. Transparency is key.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out their needs, explain who we are, and go into providing information and pricing after an initial engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive law enforcement background via the military and a sheriff's department.
