Working with Josh for our workshop in Louisville was a fantastic experience! We are a smaller organization with large corporate members, and this was our first time hiring a professional photographer for one of our workshops. We wanted to capture our General Session—a highlight of the event—along with committee group photos, candid moments during sessions, and photos of our newly elected board.
With a very tight schedule and a process that was new to us, we truly appreciated Josh’s help with planning and his flexibility. He set up a wonderful station for group photos with professional lighting and worked quickly and efficiently to capture everything on our wish list. Our attendees enjoyed working with him, and he made everyone feel comfortable. He also blended seamlessly into the background, capturing fantastic candids without disrupting the sessions.
The photos turned out better than we could have hoped, and we are already using them across our social media platforms! Josh was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend him!

I’ve worked with Josh a few times now across different properties and he’s been great every time. He has a strong eye for how to present a space and consistently delivers clean, high-quality images.
He’s also easy to work with and dependable, which makes the process smooth start to finish.

Josh helped with photographing our house for an AirBnB listing. He was very knowable about what’s needed to present quality pics for postings. He was a great communicator and was quick to make the minor touch up edits we needed prior to going live. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Ive worked with several real estate photographers in the past, but Joshs work truly stands out. The photos are extremely polished, thoughtful, and professionally finished. What I appreciated most is that I didnt need to edit or adjust anything on my end, the images were ready to use immediately. I was able to post them directly to our rental website without any extra work.Im very happy with the results and will absolutely continue working with Adams Photo for future properties. Highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I focus on providing a good value but I'm not cheap. I focus on quality and often am contacted after someone tried using someone that was more affordable before me. I have backups in place for nearly every piece of equipment so I'm prepared for the unexpected. I don't ever want to have to reschedule a shoot because I was prepared for something that could go wrong.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For property marketing shoots I find out the major selling points of the property so I can put extra focus on those when I capture it and see if there is anything else that is important to them such as the time of day to capture it, when you need it delivered, and who the intended recipient is of the media.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Photography and over 10 years of experience that spans architecture, real estate, drone/aerial, sporting events, weddings, video, and more.
