- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on forms that are filed. Discounts are typically not offered. A "typical" return can range from $100-$800 depending on what all is involved in preparing the return. We can provide a relatively close estimate if we review a prior year's tax return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with new clients in person or virtually before we start a return. We work primarily through a client portal and once everything is wrapped up we either meet virtually or in office to sign & wrap up!
