- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is often a set fee; and select packages may include recurring fees. While most Packages require payment in full upfront; larger budgets qualify for payment arrangements such is half in advance. Refunds can only be requested within 3 days of purchase and/or before any consulting or producing occurs. Refunds are not possible afterwards. Discounts are available in forms of exchanged product or service(s). ex: Sponsorship, Membership, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, contracting etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Preliminary - this period is for exploring, planning, collecting. -For Web and Native Applications -For Video 2.
