- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off of the industry satndard pricing structure. Your insurance companies are the ones that set these prices. By utilizing those prices, there are no issues when working with your insurance companies. As well as utilizing the industry standard prices to work with customers not going through their insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out and do an initial inspection of your property to determine the problem and cause. Then give you an estimate to perform the work, fix the issue that caused the problem as well as rebuild it, like it never happened.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified/trained and in good standings with IICRC certifications in both Mold and Water Restoration (WRT) as well as either OSHA 10 or 30 certified.
