Tim showed up right on time and performed the tasks quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after and was very communicative about the issue that did arise. I would highly recommend Brainer.

Tim was great and Jeanie in the office was also great! Whatever system they use for text confirmations and invoicing needs some significant improvements. I called to schedule and got 2 different text confirmations, neither of which was right. When I questioned it, Jeanie called me immediately and offered a different time than I originally scheduled for, but that was ok. Again, she was so professional and kind. When my appt time went by without arrival, I called to check and was informed that they were running behind. My scheduled time for 2-4, plumber arrived at 6:30. Communication on the front end of being late would have been so appreciated. I then got an emailed invoice the next day for services not performed, but with my name and address on it. Then a second email saying it had been paid and listed the last 4 digits of someone elses credit card. Again, my info listed. The people were great and so professional, systems are terrible and clearly disorganized.
