Becca was amazing and helped install our natural gas grill into a gas line connected to our house. She was friendly, professional and efficient in her work. Becca and Queens have tremendous knowledge in the plumbing space. I had a water spigot that wasn't turning on and she knew exactly where the shut off valve likely was - I have had other HVAC/plumbers out previously for other work and they were unable to solve for this and Becca helped me solve it in 2 minutes with her advice. Very pleased with the service Queens provided and would highly recommend them!

Becca showed up on time and I explained the problem. Was able to clear the drain in about a half hour. So far so good and no other issues at this time.
