FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates don't include travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Developing trust with my customers is important. Unfortunately in the world of laptops and streaming services there are more bad/unreliable DJs than good DJs. Picking someone that you can trust to entertain your crowd, play the appropriate blend of music and lead your guests through an event can be stressful. I try to make contact (either in in person or over the phone) with all my clients well before the event to help understand their goals/expectations and get a feel for the style of music they're wanting for their event. Lastly, I share my contract that creates a legal bind between not only the customer, but to hold myself/my team responsible for making sure your event goes smoothly. I also encourage my clients to come see me DJ out in public to get an idea of what it is I do and get a taste of my unique mixing style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
