- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is only for the specific job that is described. If the work goes into something else or there are items added to the work load then the price will be adjusted to accommodate the work load. We require a initial payment for the purchase of materials, piping,and fittings needed to do the job. All of this will be listed in the contract so that the customer gets the the work completed as planned and we get paid as planned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information on the job as possible. Set up a date and time to come out, look at the job, get details from the customer,go over what options are available,and give a price range. If in the customers budget we will type up a contract, estimate with all work listed,and have the customer sign the contract to have everyone on the same page as far as the details. Then when the customer is ready for installation we will require them to select the plumbing fixtures they would like to install and we can work with them to help them get the best products that we recommend. After all is good we will come out and do your plumbing installation of your needs or what you would like done.
