Michelle was very very good with painting our condo. I was a little apprehensive at first since she was tackling the job on her own, but she was fantastic. She prepped the walls as needed and did the primer coat which was essential. Then over two days, she did the ceilings and 2 coats on the walls for our kitchen and family room. It looks great. I highly recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very meticulous. I don’t do shortcuts and I don’t use cheap paint. I don’t up-charge the paint or my supplies. My quotes are based on an hourly basis. You are only charged for the hours worked. I tend to go a little higher on the hours in my quotes in the event I run into unforeseen circumstances. Due to my efficiency, my customers have typically paid less than what I quoted. Also, I am the sole proprietor and worker. I won’t be sending someone else out to do the work. I have high standards that many people hired for this type of work don’t have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to visit the site to assess the job. I ask questions to make sure we are on the same page as far as what the client wants completed. I send a detailed quote via email that outlines what will be done. I quote on an hourly basis. I tend to overestimate the hours in the event that there are unforeseen circumstances. Typically my customers pay less than the quoted price.
