Spencer represented me after I was injured in a head-on collision. He was super easy to reach and was available whenever I had a question during the whole process, even when it was after hours. I had never used an attorney prior to this accident, and I was honestly surprised at how easy the whole process was from start to finish. I really didn't have to do anything except sign a few things. Spencer took care of everything else, and within a couple of weeks of finishing treatment he called me to say that he had gotten the other driver's insurance company to pay all the medical bills, and I got a nice compensation check on top of that! Spencer will definitely be the guy I call if I ever need representation again. Thanks!!

Hired Spencer Merk for my injury case. First of all he told me that theres no sense in going after the police for my accident when they were the ones that didnt make the decision or even asked me if I needed an ambulance first of all. I had a huge complications with my child and I will forever be broken for what happened to me. Since its already bad enough and my pain and suffering is nothing compared to the amount of pain I feel in my heart. And what Im going to live with for the rest of my life. Spencer was out of town Eric told me that he would do everything in his power to give me that check as soon as possible. I was expecting to get my check Friday and found out last moment that Eric left the state if that was the case I dont understand why he wouldnt of told my family that instead of making us all think that youre going to be here Friday to look for that check. I can honestly tell you that these people didnt care anything about me both attorneys and I definitely didnt get what I deserve compensation wise due to not wanting to investigate why I wasnt asked for a ambulance and other things in my case . I would avoid This place.

We appreciate your concerns and are doing our best to address them. We have tried to contact you to discuss your concerns but have not been able to reach you and your voicemail box is full. In regards to you going after the police, I informed you that we do not practice that type of law and to seek other counsel. Additionally, we are truly sorry to hear about your complications. In our line of work we must only consider documentation that is related to a case and providing unrelated information/documentation can result in fraudulence with other companies, such as Insurance. Additionally, you did let me know that you were satisfied with the settlement you accepted and we are very pleased to hear that. In regards to your concerns, we are very sorry that you did not believe you had a good experience and we are working to fix this and address these issues for future clients. In regards to your settlement check, we did disburse your settlement 2 hours after we received it. Sadly, we are at the mercy of the insurance company and can only disburse after they send the check. We apologize if this time frame is too slow for your expectations and we will try to speed this up for our future clients. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to call me anytime!

We don't get paid unless you get paid! Unless you want to give us a tip at this end of your case, you will not have to pay us a cent!
