- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't get paid unless you get paid! Unless you want to give us a tip at this end of your case, you will not have to pay us a cent!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet them anytime, anywhere, and work hard to find any compensation available to them. When you hire Merk & Gile, you get Attorney Merk and Attorney Gile. We work very closely with our clients to make sure that they get the attention they deserve. We give out our personal numbers to make sure that our clients can reach us when they need us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctorate Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
